Dignity Montréal Dignité is the Montreal branch of Dignity Canada Dignité, an organization of gay and lesbian Catholics that offers spiritual development, education, social and feminist involvement, AIDS support projects and social activities.

 

 

Scope and content:

 

The fonds contains documents produced and received by Dignity Montréal Dignité as part of its activities (leaflets, calendar, correspondence); documents from other organizations such as the Communauté Nazareth, the Coalition-Regroupement des minorités sexuelles de Montréal, the Centre communautaire des gais et lesbiennes de Montréal, New Ways Ministry and the Archives gaies du Québec (correspondence, meeting documents, newsletter, leaflet, invitation).

Immediate source of acquisition: The fonds was transferred to the AGQ in 1991 through Rourk Simon (acquisition 1991-03).
